We are a small farm located in the Bootheel of Missouri - about halfway between Cape Girardeau, MO and Memphis, TN. The farm name of Runnin R is a carry-over from raising race-bred Paints for over fifteen years. Our goal is to raise quality registered donkeys that are affordable for anyone that wants to experience the joys of owning these wonderful animals. Both of our jacks trace to the original imports and our jennies carry the bloodlines of Circle C, Gardners and more. All of our donkeys are handled daily to encourage them to be "people-friendly". Each one is unique and special in its own way. We love to have visitors whether it be a potential buyer or just someone eager to learn more about the miniature donkey.
